Mr. Gibson, who has practiced law for more than forty years, limits his practice to civil litigation. His trial practice experience ranges from anti-trust, commercial, contract and securities litigation to serious and catastrophic personal injury prosecution and defense. He frequently litigates property tax issues representing major railroad and utility property owners. He also represents corporations and individuals with state tax refund issues involving assessments administered by the Tennessee Department of Revenue. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Gibson has tried more than 200 jury cases. Mr. Gibson has been a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers since 1985.
